How do I locate newspaper articles from the 1900s regarding the polio epidemic?

The TCC library offers approximately 34 databases for newspapers; however, articles written in the early 1900s can be a challenge to locate. Luckily, the Library of Congress and the National Endowment for the Humanities have digitized thousands of newspapers from 1777-1963. See below for details:
