- Log into Alma
- Under Admin click “manage sets”

- Click on the tab “public sets”

- Find CIRC: New ITEMS list (choose date and campus) (see image below)
- On the right click the dots to open a selection box.
- Click on “results” and a search is generated.

- You can change the date range (click on the calendar) and/or remove or add campus libraries.
- Once you make your changes hit “Search” to generate your results.

- After clicking on the “Search” button a list of new items will appear.
- Then you can export the results to Excel Spreadsheet by clicking on the icon above the list of items.
