How to Access the “New Books List” Set in Alma

Answer

  1. Log into Alma
  2. Under Admin click “manage sets”

  1. Click on the tab “public sets”

  1. Find CIRC: New ITEMS list (choose date and campus) (see image below)
    • On the right click the dots to open a selection box.
    • Click on “results” and a search is generated.

  1. You can change the date range (click on the calendar) and/or remove or add campus libraries.
  2. Once you make your changes hit “Search” to generate your results.

  1. After clicking on the “Search” button a list of new items will appear.
  2. Then you can export the results to Excel Spreadsheet by clicking on the icon above the list of items.
