Check patron loans
Answer
- From the home screen, select “Fulfillment” and “Manage Patron Services.”
- Type or scan in the patron’s card number or enter their name.
- Hit “Go” button or Enter.
- You are now on the patron services screen. Select the drop-down menu next to “Loan Display.” Select “All Loans” to view patron’s loans.
