How to mark items to be withdrawn in Alma

Each Library has a Location named Withdraw. Items to be withdrawn from the collection should be given a temporary location of Withdraw. Items in the Withdraw location will not display in Primo. At regular intervals, CTS will run a job to delete everything in the Withdraw locations.
To move items to a temporary location
- Go to Fulfillment. Click Scan in Items.
- At the Scan in Items page, click on the Change Item Information Tab
- Select Withdraw under Location
- Scan, paste, or copy each barcode
- The results will have Reshelve as the Destination and Withdraw as the location.
