How do students set up a tutoring appointment?
Students can set up an appointment by going here
Students must use their TCC email account
Students will receive a confirmation email through their TCC email account
Although all TCC Tutoring Centers accept walk-ins, it is generally better for the student to make an appointment to ensure that the tutor is available to meet with them.
How do students cancel an appointment?
Students can cancel an appointment through the email they received when setting up their appointment. If a student contacts a staff member instead of going through their email, gather the following information and contact the tutor to let them know the student has cancelled:
- Name of the student
- Name of the tutor
- Date and Time of the appointment
- Appointment type (for example, Accounting, English, Math, etc.)

How can students get after-hours help with tutoring?
Students have access to Brainfuse, an online tutoring service that they can learn more about here
Brainfuse tutors are virtually available during the following days/times:
Monday - Friday 7 p.m. - 11:59 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday 9 a.m. - 11:59 p.m.
In addition to virtual tutoring, Brainfuse has developed a series of academic tools to assist you as you progress in your studies. These tools are available 24/7.
