Changing the Hold Pickup Location from the Patron's Record
STEP 1: Search for patron in Alma
STEP 2: Select the “Requests” on the left in the Patron Services box.
STEP 3: Click on Edit in the My Institutions - Requests box for the title requested.
STEP 4: Change the Pickup At location. Click Submit.
STEP 5: Before shipping the item to the new location, make sure to check the item in using the Return Items module. The status of the item changes to transit.
Changing the Hold Pickup Location from the Pick from Shelf List
STEP 1: Go to Fulfillment > Pick from Shelf.
STEP 2: Locate the item from the list and click on the ellipsis (3 dots) and select Edit.
STEP 3: Follow STEPS 4-5 above.
