How to check hold requests in a patron's record

  • From the home screen, select “Fulfillment” and “Manage Patron Services.”

  • Type or scan in the patron’s card number or enter the patron’s name.
    • Hit “Go” button or Enter.
  • Select the “Requests” tab, on the Patron Services page.
  • The “Requests” tab displays current requests.
