How to check hold requests in a patron's record
Answer
- From the home screen, select “Fulfillment” and “Manage Patron Services.”
- Type or scan in the patron’s card number or enter the patron’s name.
- Hit “Go” button or Enter.
- Select the “Requests” tab, on the Patron Services page.
- The “Requests” tab displays current requests.
